large regeneration loss of non-thermal adsorption dryer.At the same time, it
also overcomes the disadvantages of large energy consumption of heat adsorption
dryer.The compressed hot regenerative compressed air dryer uses the
characteristics of high temperature of the air compressor to carry out the
regeneration and dehydration of the adsorbent. At the same time, the principle
of pressure swing adsorption at room temperature is adopted to achieve the
purpose of drying compressed air.It has the characteristics of low energy
consumption (compared with the micro heat dryer), high efficiency, no
environmental pollution,Compressed air quality and other characteristics.It is
applicable to oil-free screw air compressor and also It is suitable for other
centrifugal air compressors with exhaust temperature at 110-140 degrees.The
main feature of this equipment is that the regeneration loss gas is small
