工作原理：

Based on the principle that the adsorption capacity of adsorbent in the adsorption tower for vinyl chloride and acetylene varies with pressure, the raw gas after heat transfer and pressure pressurization enters the adsorption tower of the pressure swing adsorption device. The strong adsorption of vinyl chloride and acetylene is absorbed by the adsorbent. Weak adsorbent H2 and N2 are discharged from the outlet of the adsorption tower as purified gas. When the adsorption bed is saturated, the adsorbed components such as chloroethylene and acetylene are desorbed and desorbed from the adsorption bed through reverse discharge and empty, and then are discharged into the adsorption column as the product gas, and returned to the chloroethylene production process for recycling, so as to achieve the dual purpose of purification and recovery of chloroethylene and acetylene.

Control mode: The SPA device is controlled by the controller and meter. The controller can select DCS, FCS and PLC control system according to the scale and control requirements of the SPA device.
