Working
principle:
When the feed gas Enter the
PSA machine, as the adsorption capacity of adsorbent on carbon dioxide (CO2) in
the adsorption bed varies with the pressure, CO2 in the raw gas is absorbed under
pressure, and it is not easy to absorb components -- hydrogen H2 and nitrogen
N2 from the outlet of the adsorption bed as purification gas output. During
decompression and evacuation, the impurity components such as CO2 absorbed are
desorbed from the adsorbent, and the adsorbent is regenerated。
According to the specific
requirements of users, different processes can be used to decarbonizes and
recycle high purity CO2。
