With the third generation heat exchanged tubes (threaded copper tubes), the heat transfer area increases, and the heat transfer efficiency is higher than that of the first generation heat ex-changer tubes (aluminum tubes) and the second generation heat ex-changer tubes (ordinary copper tubes), so the power of refrigeration compressor is smaller.High efficient pre-cooler recovers part of the cooling capacity, high efficiency and energy saving。

The intelligent cooling machine adopts Germany Siemens PLC controller, which can display the condensation temperature, evaporation temperature, inlet and outlet temperature and dew point temperature (with dew point meter) on line. It has the advantages of simple operation, automatic control, multiple fault alarm, temperature control monitoring and remote control transmission.
